Solar CAPEX
Under the CAPEX model you own the solar power plant outright. Saksham Powergen designs, engineers, procures, installs and commissions a turnkey system on your rooftop or land — you enjoy the highest long-term savings, accelerated depreciation benefits and complete control over your asset.

Solar OPEX / RESCO
In the OPEX (RESCO) model, Saksham Powergen or its investment partners fund, own and operate the solar plant at your premises. You simply buy the generated electricity at a fixed tariff — significantly lower than your grid tariff — through a long-term Power Purchase Agreement.

Group Captive Solar PPA
Group Captive allows multiple consumers to collectively hold at least 26% equity in a Special Purpose Vehicle that owns a large off-site solar plant, and consume at least 51% of its generation. Under the Electricity Rules, captive consumers are exempt from Cross Subsidy Surcharge and Additional Surcharge — delivering some of the lowest landed costs of power in India.

Open Access Solar PPA
Green Energy Open Access lets eligible consumers buy solar power directly from a third-party generator instead of the local DISCOM. Saksham Powergen develops dedicated off-site solar capacity and signs a long-term PPA with you, delivering renewable energy at tariffs well below conventional grid power.

Digital Solar lets apartment owners, tenants and businesses without suitable rooftops buy or lease solar panels located in a remote solar farm. The energy generated by your share is credited against your electricity bill — all tracked in real time through a simple app.
